Much like their competitors, they offer free shipping to the US by way of UPS Ground which is about 10 days from start to finish.  This is always a nice feature to have considering the skyrocketing price of sending anything by way of the mail which is set to be on the rise again later this year.

6pm.com has a whole host of features that internet shoppers will love to find.  The search functions are even more comprehensive then that of the competing sites.  Filters are in place that allow for the buyer to get everything right down to what they wish to see and only those that they wish to see.  Searching by size is by far the most popular of all.

Being able to filter the results of search down to the brand, size, color, style and width makes this site highly impressive in the ranks.  While other sites do offer such features, they are not all available on one single search as they are at 6pm.com.  Marketing these features is easy for the company who already has a huge customer following and an impressive search engine ranking at the same time.

They are lacking in some of the search functions that other sites have.  FamousFootwear.com only offers very basic searching and that means you will spend a lot of time weeding through the results hoping to find the pair that you desire.  This does cut down on the usefulness of the site itself.  You do have to spend a lot more time working around this lack of function then should be necessary but the owners may be working on this.  This site is still young and may have more function added once it starts to pay off for them.

You will find that navigation is good through the site.  They have a separate page set up for all the on going sales they offer.  The list is broken down by type per men, kids and so on.  They also have a screen shot of the in store flyer that they put out each week.  This is a neat addition to the online world as the pages turn when you click on them.  The sales that are offered in the flyer are accepted online as well so it will do some good to browse the ads if you have the chance.

Like a few other sites, FamousFootwear.com has put into force a rewards program.  Buyers can earn points that can be redeemed for discounts and free products throughout the site.  It may take a while to get enough points but it is a nice addition.

All together there is not a whole lot to complain about when it comes to FamousFootwear.com.  They have a nice site and most of the shoes they sell are very high in quality over all.
